Verkostung:
Vorbildlicher Syrah von dunkler rubinroter Farbe und komplexer Aromen, die an dunkle Beeren und Dörrfrüchten erinnern (Pflaumen, Datteln) sowie Pfeffer, Tabak und Gewürze (Zimt). Am Gaumen gehaltvoll, reif mit sanfter Textur. Der sehr sorgfältige Ausbau  in französischer Eiche (12 Monaten) verleiht ihm Komplexität und Rückgrat. Die fruchtig-würzigen Merkmale der Syrah kommen voll zur Geltung. Die Tannine sind präsent und perfekt eingebunden.Sehr anhaltend.
