Modern vinifiziert, mit einem leuchtenden, zarten Kirschrot, der Notios Rot von Gaia ist sehr fruchtbetont, Kirsche und Himbeere dominieren mit im Hintergrund, einem Hauch von Kräuterwürze, Vanille und Karamell. Am Gaumen wirkt der Wein sehr frisch, sehr "trinkig" und fruchtbetont, mit animierender Säure und samtigem Mundgefühl.
