Verkostung:
Assyrtiko ist qualitativ die beste Rebsorte in Griechenland und gehört zweifellos zu den hochwertigsten Sorten weltweit. Bisher wurde sie selten in Nordgriechenland kultiviert da sie ursprünglich aus Santorini stammt. Der erste Wurf in Makedonien des Weinguts Nerantzi mit dieser Edelsorte ist sehr gut gelungen. Strohgelbe Farbe mit leichtem grünen Schimmer. In der Nase deutliche Noten von gelber Frucht (Mirabelle), Zitrus, Orangenblüte, Bergamotte und Bittermandeln. Am Gaumen mittelgewichtig mit nur 13,5% Vol. Alkohol, frisch und fruchtbetont, weich und cremig, kräuterartig (frischer Salbei), sehr harmonisch ausgewogen.

Dieser Wein sollte bei einer Temperatur von 9°C bis 11°C getrunken werden.
Ideal zu Kräutersalat mit in Tempura frittierte Scampi dazu Limetten-Kräuter- Vinaigrette.
